About the Role
- For this position, you must show skills as a systems thinker who can contextualize problems within a larger ecosystem and deliver a focused impact while keeping track of the entire experience.
- You will support end-to-end UX Design initiatives for our corporate products – from concept to implementation and measurement – collaborating with Product, Engineering and Management teams to ensure that your creations leverage user insights, meet business goals, are technically feasible and delivered on time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth initiatives.
- Lead design process from concept to implementation.
- Advocate for user needs through user research and usability activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop relationships with global stakeholders and ensure cohesive product experiences.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of UX/UI design experience, demonstrating proficiency in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
Strong experience planning and conducting user research activities.
Exceptional ability to deliver design solutions that grow the business area and create new value for members/customers.
Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious.
Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work.
Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company's purpose.
Critical thinking and ability to show initiative.

Compensation & Benefits
- Porto: Up to €60000.
- UK: Up to £80000.
- The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades.
