What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Designer at Huspy, you'll play a key role in shaping our products look and from start to. You’ll take full ownership of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful features. Your work doesn’t stop once a feature is released, you’ll continue to refine and improve it based on real user feedback and analytics.

Own the End-to-End UX: Take full responsibility for your designs, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and address any challenges during the development phase.

Research: Use user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.

Deliver Valuable Features: Maintain a feature-ship mindset, focusing on releasing high-impact features quickly and effectively, ensuring maximum value for users.

Continuous Improvement: Post-launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
