About the Role
- In this position, you’ll be able to integrate a team that is building the next-gen product to deliver analytical solutions to clients across several types of industries/sectors and you’ll have a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of next-gen web applications that deliver AI solutions across various industries.
- Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on improving UI/UX.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to define project goals and contribute to brainstorming innovative solutions that enhance user experience and support analytical solutions.
- Write and maintain documentation.
What You'll Bring
Expertise in Figma for effective collaboration and translating design ideas into functional solutions.
A strong passion for designing impactful web and mobile interfaces, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and technical expertise.
Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
At least two years of experience in UI/UX design or similar roles.
A growth-oriented individual eager to embrace new challenges and contribute to LTPlabs' mission of empowering decisions with AI and Advanced Analytics.
A team player who enjoys collaborating in a dynamic environment and values the input of others.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or React.
Familiarity with Design Thinking.
Experience using tools like Visual Studio Code and version control systems like Git.
