What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end user experience of the native app (iOS and Android), including core app journeys and collaboration across embedded mobile web touchpoints.
- Shape the design vision and product direction of the app together with Product and Engineering peers.
- Elevate the app into a new era of AI-assisted shopping by designing recommendations, conversational flows, guidance tools, and other intelligent experiences.
- Drive and validate solutions through continuous discovery and experimentation to identify opportunities and solve user problems.
- Translate user insights, business goals, and analytics into intuitive flows, elegant UIs, and engaging interactions.
- Contribute to a cohesive and scalable Design Systems.
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility, accessibility, performance, and implementation quality across both platforms.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate the process of shaping digital product experiences.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of product design experience on iOS and Android apps.
Strong sense for interaction, motion, and usability in native environments.
Experience with platform-specific Design Systems and knowing when to flex them.
Demonstrated end-to-end product thinking from uncovering insights and defining problems to delivering results.
Ability to present, discuss, and advocate for design work to align diverse stakeholders around user needs and design reasoning.
Ability to blend quantitative data and qualitative insights to guide design decisions and measure impact.
Comfort exploring and integrating generative AI tools in workflow.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, and Marketing.
Based in Europe (including UK) with a valid right to work.
