About the Role
At Dafolle, we're obsessed with two things: design that drives measurable business results and radical execution speed. We are looking for a Lead Strategic Designer to own and deliver high-quality design work (branding, web, product, ads), manage a portfolio of 3-5 clients with surgical efficiency, and ensure their success. This is a role of radical ownership, where creative excellence and flawless project management are the baseline. No bullshit, just impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact projects (Branding, Web Design, Product Design, Ad Creatives).
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 international clients with total autonomy, targeting a client satisfaction score above 90%.
- Deliver 98%+ of all tasks within our promised fast-paced deadlines (48-72h).
- Connect and justify every single design decision to a measurable business outcome for the client (conversion, clicks, retention).
- Act as a strategic partner to our clients, not just an executor.

Compensation
- €42,000 to €44,000 per year.
- Attractive and progressive compensation: Between €48k and €72k gross annual salary, starting as a freelancer, directly indexed to the number of clients managed and performance.
