Job Description

The Senior Product Designer drives the vision and execution of high-impact design solutions. This position involves leading design initiatives, mentoring team members, and shaping the user experience strategy across products and services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from discovery to delivery.
Ensure design consistency and quality across the entire product(s).
Partner with leadership to define product vision, user experience goals, and design strategies, translating product goals into innovative design solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with ux research to gather insights, identify potential pain points, and advocate for user needs.
Contribute to and evolve the design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our design processes and deliverables.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver impactful solutions (bonus points if you are familiar with B2B applications).

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch etc. (We use Figma).

Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

Exceptional understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Proven track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Familiarity with Agile workflows (especially Scrum) and experience with project management tools such as Jira.

Proven expertise in designing, maintaining, and evolving design systems, along with developing thoughtful and scalable reusable components.

Bonus points if you’re an active member of the design community.
