About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to inspire innovation and drive the Sportsbook at Flutter.
- As one of the leading sports betting ecosystems in the country, Flutter is recognised for its innovation, operational excellence and user-centred experience.
- As a product expert, you'll be pivotal in delivering high-impact, user-focused solutions that align with both customer and business objectives — particularly in the Sportsbook domains.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the squad's roadmap, backlog, and OKRs with autonomy.
- Frame product hypotheses and lead experiments to validate them.
- Track Customer Experience and Product performance through clear success metrics and outcomes.
- Structure product development cycles with clarity and documentation.
- Collaborate on user research, product ideation, prototyping and validation.
- Ensure timely delivery of features that add customer and business value.
- Adopt innovation as the standard of how we build products that customers love.
- Work daily in close partnership with Engineers, Designers, Researchers, Data Analysts and business stakeholders.
- Ensure that discovery insights, technical considerations and user experience design are integrated seamlessly.
- Build cross-team alignment through rituals, shared goals and transparent decision-making.
- Ensure there is clear alignment between Product and all stakeholders on product roadmap, solution delivery and performance understanding.
- Anticipate blockers and act proactively to mitigate them.
- Explain product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build inclusive and transparent relationships across teams.
- Consistently collect user feedback and incorporate it into decision-making.
- Ensure all product decisions are made towards improving the customer experience and the business performance.
- Promote a culture of customer feedback & data-driven decision making within the day-to-day activities.
- Define key Product & Customer Experience metrics and track their evolution to inform product decisions.
- Build insight from diverse data sources to influence decisions.
- Link squad impact to broader business goals, ensuring initiatives always contribute towards the wider product & business strategy.
