What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive UX strategy across customer journeys, digital products, platforms, and services.
  • Translate customer insights, business goals, market trends, and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead journey mapping, service blueprinting, ecosystem mapping, and experience discovery activities.
  • Apply systems thinking to identify opportunities across customer, business, technology, and operational ecosystems.
  • Develop future-state experience visions, experience architectures, and strategic frameworks.
  • Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product direction.
  • Facilitate workshops, define success metrics, prioritize opportunities, and influence stakeholder decisions through compelling recommendations.

What You'll Bring

You are a skilled facilitator and compelling storyteller who builds strong stakeholder relationships and communicates with clarity, confidence, and executive presence.
At least 4 years of experience in UX strategy, UX research, experience design, service design, product design, or digital customer experience.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on UX/UI or product design experience with a strong understanding of digital product development.
Experience working with digital products, platforms, ecosystems, or customer experience transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of UX, Human-Centered Design (HCD), service design, information architecture, and research methodologies.
Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business and experience recommendations.
Experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, ecosystem mapping, and systems thinking.
Fluency in English.
