Responsibilities
- Create visual experiences that are aligned with our brand’s strategy and guidelines.
- Maintain ownership of your work from concept stage through final delivery.
- Identify opportunities for creative problem solving.
- Collaborate and partner directly with Stakeholders across the business, lead group discussions and ideate towards individual assignments.
- Strategize and translate the execution of multi-channel B2B campaigns.
- Deliver work with strong visual taste and aptitude to translate those into clear visuals, keeping all graphics on-brand and consistent.
- Collaborate with other designers and partners to evolve Sword’s brand identity.
- Deliver work on time and proactively communicate when extensions are needed.
