What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to define effective UX solutions.
- Create clear, structured, and user-centered UX concepts aligned with Design Systems.
- Present design decisions in a structured and understandable way to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and intercultural teams (product, engineering, business).
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements and solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve design standards, processes, and user experience.
- Ensure smooth and effective collaboration in a remote working environment.
What You'll Bring
+4 years of experience in UX design projects, ideally in B2B environments.
Strong ability to analyze user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Experience creating UX concepts aligned with Design Systems.
Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
Ability to facilitate workshops and lead collaborative sessions.
Consulting mindset with the ability to challenge, advise, and guide teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Living in Portugal (remote role).
Fluent level of English.
Open to work as a freelancer.
