About the Role
- This is a hybrid Web + Graphic Design role with a strong execution focus.
- You’ll take ideas from brief to delivery, supporting product, marketing, sales, and growth initiatives.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and communication needs into high-quality web pages, UI-ready layouts, and campaign assets — always consistent, on-brand, and compliant within a regulated SaaS B2B context.
- You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT to turn briefs into clear, high-quality web pages, UI-ready layouts, and campaign assets (social, display, email, landing pages, and occasional print).
- You’ll support key web and visual initiatives—campaign execution, user-facing communications, and enablement materials—helping ensure everything stays consistent, on-brand, high-quality, and compliant in a regulated environment.

- You combine strong visual craft, attention to detail, and user empathy with a solid understanding of digital best practices, clarity, and conversion.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining and evolving the product’s visual identity across channels.
- Designing product landing pages and client website templates using website builders or CMS platforms.
- Creating reusable sections and layouts that scale across breakpoints, with strong hierarchy, readability, and accessibility.
- Producing web-ready assets (banners, visuals, UI elements) aligned with conversion and clarity goals.
- Creating polished, on-brand assets across channels (typography, layouts, marketing visuals).
- Maintaining and adapting existing templates (social media, email, one-pagers, decks) to deliver consistent output quickly and efficiently.
- Producing creative assets for performance and lifecycle marketing (paid ads, social, email, launches, partner materials).
- Designing sales and investor collateral (one-pagers, presentations, case studies) with clear messaging and strong visual structure.
- Designing and delivering materials for corporate events (stands, visual supports, flyers, catalogues, invitations), ensuring visual consistency and simple storytelling that connects with the audience.
What You'll Bring
2–3 years of experience in graphic, web, and/or digital design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech.
Comfortable working hands-on with website builders/CMS platforms (/or basic HTML/CSS) to improve collaboration and handoffs.
Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and respect for brand consistency.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment: organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly.
Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to communicate clearly.
Resourceful, pragmatic, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
Experience with motion design (After Effects, simple animations
Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or no-code tools.
Experience using AI-assisted design tools to speed up workflows.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills in decks.
Interest in SaaS, product communication, and digital growth.
