About the Role
- Office locations: Barcelona, Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems.
- Researching user needs and sharing insights to guide design decisions.
- Designing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve problems simply and elegantly.
- Running customer testing and iterating based on feedback.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions.
- Reviewing product performance after release and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring
Graduation in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade).
A degree in design or a similar field.
A proactive attitude and love for problem-solving.
Fluency in English.
The ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
Full-time availability from early or late 2027.
The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week.
Nice to Have
Fluency in other languages.
Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup.
Compensation & Benefits
- Krakow: PLN15,700 - PLN15,700 gross monthly*.
- Poland: PLN15,700 - PLN15,700 gross monthly*.
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
