- Reporting to: Design Manager - Product Platform.
- Team: Part of a team of 21 (1 Manager, 1 Assistant Manager, 4 Design Leads, 14 Designers, and YOU!), plus small cross-functional teams, and a wider group of designers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Shape user experiences by leading the design of key features and projects.
- Define user experience flows, develop new product concepts, and craft user stories.
- Design product concepts, develop high-fidelity prototypes, design detailed UI layouts, and create benchmarks.
- Document UX and UI strategies.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to transform designs into impactful, industry-leading products.
- Combine creativity and problem-solving to create meaningful user experiences.
- Drive innovation and make a significant impact.
What You'll Bring
Proficiency in collaborative design environments.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment, think critically, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Solid grasp of interactive elements, micro-interactions, and animations, contributing to a seamless user experience.
Clear understanding of the entire UX lifecycle, coupled with a track record of designing successful apps and products.
