About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the research practice and roadmap: Define, evolve, and scale research processes, activities, and priorities across the organization.
- Lead impactful studies: Plan, conduct, analyze, and present generative and evaluative research on our most critical problem spaces, touchpoints, and projects.
- Embed research into workflows: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to integrate research into decision-making, ensuring insights are timely, actionable, and drive outcomes.
- Centralize and synthesize insights: Connect data from user research, behavioral analytics, and business inputs into a shared repository that informs both strategic direction and day-to-day decisions.
- Champion the customer: Advocate for user needs and perspectives in product discussions, ensuring decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of our travelers.
- Shape research operations: Evolve research ops and documentation practices to increase visibility, accessibility, and impact of research across the company.
- Empower product teams: Train, mentor, and enable product designers and product managers to conduct high-quality research independently, fostering a culture of continuous discovery.
- Develop scalable practices: Create playbooks, templates, and tools that enable self-service research while maintaining rigor, quality, and consistency.

Interview Process
