Formerly the LisboaUX job board. Now for all of Europe.

Design jobs in Europe. Handpicked by designers.

A job search with fewer dead links, fewer ghost roles and fewer hours on LinkedIn. Design jobs across Europe, each one checked by a person, sent to you as soon as they exist.

Jobs picked for you are invite-only while we’re small. Invites go out in batches, first come first served. This isn’t a newsletter: you’ll get one email, when your invite is ready, to create your account.

More than 250 designers already get our job alerts.

Seen it on LinkedIn already?

Some of these jobs are there too. Some never will be: we read companies’ own career pages and hiring systems directly, and not every company posts on LinkedIn.

And some aren’t advertised anywhere yet. Companies, recruiters and senior designers come to us before they post a role. When Observador needed a designer, their CTO asked us who we’d recommend.

What you won’t find here: the reposts, the ghost roles, the “designer” jobs that are really marketing.

How it works today

Software does the legwork. People make the calls.

  1. 01

    Designers pick companies

Our community and private conversations tell us which companies treat designers well, and which don’t.

  2. 02

    Crawlers find the roles

A search engine built only for design jobs, plugged into more than a dozen hiring systems.

  3. 03

    Robin tidies them up

Our AI tidies each listing, and learns from every edit we make to its work.

  4. 04

    Marta says yes or no

Marta reads every one. Dead links, ghost roles and fake “designer” jobs don’t get in.

Who’s behind it

MalikPhoto of Malik founded LisboaUX, Lisbon’s design community, and has spent ten years designing products. He’s back in Berlin, where he studied, and that’s what pushed the map from Lisbon to Europe. MartaPhoto of Marta reads every listing with him before it goes up.

Two people, nights and weekends, no investors. Robin helps. Marta decides.

What we’re building

For eight months we ran a design job board in Lisbon, and for 52 weeks a co-working day for designers every single Friday. Both taught us a lot. So we asked ourselves:

  1. 01

What if the alert reached you less than a minute after the company posted the role?

  2. 02

What if someone with ten years in the industry handpicked jobs for you, and took your profile to companies that aren’t hiring on LinkedIn yet?

  3. 03

What if you could ask any designer at any company what it’s really like to work there?

  4. 04

What if you got paid to answer those questions about your own company, anonymously?
