About the Role
- Languages: English (main) & German mandatory; Portuguese / Spanish / Italian a plus.
- Main Tools: Figma, Notion, Slack.
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Reality Check: Coverflex is simple to use, but achieving that simplicity requires working through complex topics and concepts. You’ll often face problems that are easy to understand on the surface but challenging to translate into an intuitive user experience. Curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions will be essential to succeed.
- You’ll probably find this frustrating if: You prefer waiting for instructions, requirements, or direction instead of moving ahead; or you prefer an organised environment without much chaos.
- You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve:
- Gained context and confidence of our complex product and deep understanding of the markets’ landscape.
- Understood what is your added value to the Design team.
- Are fully comfortable with our AI enabled processes and tools.
- We will measure success through real-time conversations and observation, as well as by setting clear and attainable expectations that align with the role’s goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Our Product needs are growing, and we’re looking for another UX Writer to help us create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet our customers' needs.
- Help expand to new markets and create our AI content foundations.
- Be part of the design process and collaborate with design and product teams to craft clear and concise messaging that guides users through our product and helps them achieve their goals.
- Participate in strategic discussions to shape the product and key initiatives by leveraging your experience and finding opportunities.
What You'll Bring
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products.
Experience working collaboratively with designers, product managers, business, marketing and developers to create effective and engaging user experiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with user research and data analysis tools and techniques to inform writing decisions.
Knowledge of UX design principles and how content fits into the overall user experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and requirements clearly and effectively.
Experience working for multiple nationalities and cultures.
Perfect or native English as it is our base language and strong proficiency in German.
Experience integrating AI workflows.
You believe “good enough” is better than perfect; you care about outcomes and impact rather than processes or perfectionism.
You are a go-getter who proactively searches, learns, and improves with a high degree of autonomy.
You work iteratively and seek feedback early and often to validate hypotheses.
You know when to absorb feedback and when to follow your instinct.
You are flexible and able to shift focus and support changes as necessary.
You are thoughtful, observant, and smart about identifying gaps—and filling them with your experience, expertise, and ownership.
Nice to Have
Experience creating and maintaining style guides and content templates to ensure consistency across digital products.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback on content and inform writing decisions.
Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies and how they impact content creation.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Experience working with dedicated tools such as Lokalise for content and translations management or Figma for design and collaboration.
