About the Role
- Looking for a senior-level Product Designer to join a growing design team.
- Focus primarily on creating intuitive, engaging product experiences from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency across the full customer journey, contributing to assets such as landing pages, sales decks, and campaign visuals.
- This job is remote, and the company is open to candidates across Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Product Design (Primary Focus).
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery through delivery.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve our Design Systems for consistency and scalability.
- Marketing & Sales Design (Secondary Focus).
- Design marketing materials that align with the product brand, such as landing pages, ads, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and elevate visual storytelling.
- Support the sales team with design for presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral.
- Ensure brand cohesion across digital product, web, and sales experiences.
What You'll Bring
3–5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within a SaaS.
Experience working in start-ups.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design and a solid visual design aesthetic.
Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design/prototyping tools).
Understanding of Design Systems and component-driven design.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
