What You'll Be Doing
- Design end-to-end product experiences across Marketplace and platform ecosystems.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, scalable user journeys.
- Contribute to and evolve the Design Systems, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability across products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders throughout discovery and delivery.
- Participate in shaping product direction by helping define problems, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Design customer journeys that enables the customer adoption and the business expansion.
- Balance usability, business goals, scalability, and aesthetic quality in product decisions.
- Contribute to product discovery through Prototyping, rapid iteration, and continuous customer learning.
What You'll Bring
6+ years designing digital products and scalable platform experiences, working closely with product and development teams.
Solid command of Research Methods — customer interviews, workshops, and Usability Testing — to validate solutions and understand customer needs.
Strong systems thinking and understanding of end-to-end customer journeys.
Problem-solving mindset, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical scalability.
Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems.
Strong collaboration and communication across Product, Engineering, and Business.
Curiosity about business models, platform ecosystems, and customer behaviour.
Strong attention to detail — interaction quality, usability, and visual UI — with the ability to adapt the design language to different audiences.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI-driven products, Marketplace/SaaS/platform ecosystems, or data-informed design (experimentation and product metrics).
