- Plan and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to answer critical product questions.
- Coach Designers on research best practices to empower more impactful, scalable research across the org.
- Identify gaps in current research ops and improve tooling, workflows, and documentation.
- Champion a culture of learning, helping the team stay close to customers and move with confidence.
