The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.
We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping our customers and their interests in mind.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs.
- Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success.
- Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features.
- Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes.
- Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops.
- Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews.
- Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it.

Compensation & Benefits
- Poland: PLN19,800 - PLN29,600 gross monthly.
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
