About the Role
- Currently seeking a Specialist UX/UI Designer (M/F) to join the Brand and Service Channels Management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and propose for superior approval the conception, vision, and implementation of innovative, user-centered digital experiences powered by technology, ensuring coherence with strategic objectives and business priorities, as well as leading the definition of User Experience, usability, and accessibility requirements for new and existing digital platforms.
- Perform User Research, usability testing, and requirement validation processes, as well as develop and supervise the creation of wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring rigor, clarity, and a grounded basis for design decisions.
- Technically guide other UX/UI designers whenever necessary and ensure methodological coherence, deliverable quality, and alignment with standards defined by the organization.
- Collaborate closely with other areas and internal teams, aligning requirements, expectations, and business objectives, ensuring that developed solutions effectively respond to identified needs and provide measurable value.
- Evaluate, structure, and propose continuous improvements regarding digital platforms, promoting the evolution of interfaces based on UX/UI principles, best practices, and Design System guidelines, ensuring efficient, consistent, and user-oriented solutions.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the Design System, ensuring visual coherence and efficiency in design and development processes, and promote the advanced use of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, and Illustrator) participating actively in digital experience innovation, including the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
