- Envisioning and shaping first-class, innovative digital touchpoints, and bringing new ideas to life and enthralling clients with unique digital experiences.
- Acting as the connecting piece between business goals, user needs, and technical implementation by collaborating deeply with CX strategists, other designers, and developers, and acting as an advocate for users’ needs throughout the entire process.

What You'll Be Doing
- Demonstrating experience working collaboratively to align the needs of clients with those of end users, from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams, designing end-to-end digital customer experiences (e.g. commerce, brand, and service experiences).
- Designing short-term experiments and learning prototypes, as well as scaling concepts into robust, long-term solutions.
- Translating visions and ideas into ambitious design concepts, from wireframes to high-fidelity user interfaces.
- Collaborating closely with other UX/UI designers to brainstorm concepts, sketch ideas, and create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to shape user-centered design solutions that can be rapidly tested with users.
- Designing accessible, intuitive, consistent, and delightful digital experiences, with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
- Working with designers and developers to create responsive layouts, including interactive states, motion, and animation.
- Contributing to and working within design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
What You'll Bring
Proven, multi-skilled, flexible, and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise across the full design lifecycle.
Passion for digital creation and deep expertise in human-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
A completed degree in design (university or technical college), e.g. in the field of communication, web or interaction design, or a comparable qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience designing complex digital products and applications, preferably in an agency or product-driven environment.
Strong creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.
Excellent knowledge of core UX principles and methodologies (usability, accessibility, inclusive design, etc.).
Practical experience with Design Thinking fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Miro, and other prototyping and collaboration tools.
Experience facilitating workshops, conducting benchmarking, usability testing, walkthroughs, and end-to-end UX processes.
Strong understanding of UI design principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices.
Experience applying user-centered and inclusive design principles.
Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and contributing to design systems.
Experience across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce projects.
Solid technical understanding of modern web technologies.
Experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments.
Ability to leverage AI tools to support and enhance daily design workflows.
Passion for staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
A portfolio including detailed case studies demonstrating: design and problem-solving process, product vision and strategy, research insights and customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, team setup and collaboration approach, and project duration, challenges, and outcomes.
