About the Role
The Digital Office supports Nokia employees worldwide by delivering a modern, secure, and reliable digital workplace. A key part of this work is ensuring that IT changes and new tools are clearly communicated, easy to understand, and well adopted by users.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role within the UX Center – Communications area (User Service Development), supporting large-scale internal IT and Digital Workplace initiatives. This role focuses on creating and improving communication that supports awareness, understanding, and adoption of IT changes across Nokia.

What You'll Be Doing
- Create and maintain user-focused IT communication materials, including email announcements, FAQs, user guidance, intranet articles, and internal platform content.
- Develop clear, action-oriented communications explaining system changes, user impacts, and required actions using UX writing and plain language principles.
- Manage and optimize content for internal communication channels such as SharePoint and Microsoft Viva Engage.
- Review and improve communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, tone of voice, structure, and alignment with communication standards and best practices.
- Support IT change and adoption initiatives by developing communication plans and deliverables aligned with project milestones.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to simplify complex information, support user engagement activities, and summarize feedback and adoption insights.
