About the Role
- We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team on a part time/contract basis.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging product experiences that delight our users — from concept to delivery.
- You will also collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency across the full customer journey, contributing to assets such as landing pages, sales decks, and campaign visuals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery through delivery.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- Design marketing materials that align with the product brand, such as landing pages, ads, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and elevate our visual storytelling.
- Support the sales team with design for presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral.
- Ensure brand cohesion across digital product, web, and sales experiences.
What You'll Bring
3–5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within SaaS.
Experience with marketing design, branding, or motion graphics.
Experience working in start-ups.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design and a solid visual design aesthetic.
Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design/prototyping tools).
Understanding of design systems and component-driven design.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy.
Ability to work in an environment with limited structure and processes.

Compensation & Benefits
- $1,500/month retainer plus additional project-based compensation.
